At Aavio Technologies, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or request a refund. Please review our refund policy below:

Full refunds will be provided if you choose to cancel our services within three days of initiating the project.
If you decide to terminate our services after the initial three days, you will be charged for the working hours put into the project. The remaining balance will be credited to the account from which you made the payment within 45 days of cancellation.

Cancellation of any service renewal should be communicated at least 10 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle.
Cancellations made after the start of the billing cycle will incur charges equivalent to the working hours put into the project during that month.

Unused Services:

If you signed up for our services but did not make use of them, you are still obligated to pay for the services rendered.

Refund Processing:

Any refunds owed will be credited to the account from which the payment was made within 45 days of service cancellation.
